Presentation folders

Presentation folders

The presentation folder is constructed from a single sheet with the bottom section, usually four inches, folding up to make two or one pockets. This allows you to collate and insert them in the way you require for the best presentation of your materials.

The usual presentation folder has glue flaps, usually 5/8" standard that allows the outer edges of the pockets to be glued in place so your materials won’t fall out. They have a natural as a reusable cover for your materials.

It allows you to re-use it over and over again. One thing to keep in mind is never print your contact information on the presentation folder. Print your contact information on your business card and insert that to the business card slits of your presentation folder pocket. This will elongate the presentation folder life span, should you move or change contact info.

Presentation folders also can be referred to as a pocket folder, aptly called, due to the pockets of the pocket folder. The cd-sized presentation folder is also available in small sizes to accommodate your disk. However, should you need to combine flyers and other materials along with your disk, then the standard 9 x 12" pocket folder, with the added die cut cd slit, is good for them to be presented with your material.
In the modern era, these types of folders still continue to be the most requested format for larger brochure design. Pocket folders measure 9 by 12 inches and include one or two 4-inch pockets on the inside. One pocket includes slits for a business card.
The design is great for adding marketing sell sheets and inserts. This gives you the most flexibility as you can inexpensively reprint pieces with information that changes frequently without having to throw away the entire brochure.
Sales kits or anything that you will need to present in the long run frequently change in time, having to edit something and still have your former presentation intact shaves you a lot of time to obtain another whole presentation material. They are perfect for a media sales kit; you can make your presentation organized with these kinds of folders with added durability to your material.
